ZONA Organic® comprises over a dozen ingredients and flavors carefully farmed, selected and packaged in a clean and healthy way by our plant in La Rioja, Spain. Now we bring this ZONA Organic® selection to retail and home cooks to enjoy and experiment with, while provide exceptional culinary experiences. Our range of organic products is a benchmark in the market. We provide vegetables free of harmful chemical fertilizers and pesticides with an environmentally and socially responsible approach. This is a method of farming that works at grass root level preserving the reproductive and regenerative capacity of the soil, good plant nutrition, and sound soil management producing nutritious food rich in vitality which has resistance to diseases. In this method, growing plants takes time to nurture naturally.

Our new readymade Organic Spreads use carefully selected ingredients of the highest quality bringing a traditional home recipe and amazing flavor to the palate. An easy way to brighten up a sandwich, a pre-dinner cracker/canopy or simply spread on fresh bread.

The array of ZONA Vegetables and Condiments offers healthy traditional preserves making it possible to enjoy the bounty of harvest time all year around. Under the ZONA brand our exclusive partner growers prepare in can, jar and bottle a wide range of top-quality produce, fish, spice and vinegar, and we are always at work developing new products and combinations to satisfy the latest food industry flavors and trends using organic and authentic ingredients!
The vegetables are clean, fresh and are seasonally packed at the farm in a low sodium brine devoid of unhealthy chemicals. As all our products, our vegetable preserves are prepared for you exclusively at each annual harvest.
Our selection of vegetable preserves come from the Navarrese and Rioja orchards. Asparagus from Navarra, artichokes, tomatoes and piquillo peppers are grown and picked in farms near our facilities so that when they are elaborated none of their properties are lost. Products with designation of origin and PGI (Protected Geographical Identification) certification, are a proof of quality and flavor to rely on.
Similar to our vegetables, our legumes are clean, fresh and are seasonally packed at the farm in a low sodium brine and prepared for you exclusively at each annual harvest. Our Garbanzo de Fuentesaúco is produced in many municipal areas in the district of Zamora, in the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León.
Our selection of ZONA Ocean products comprise MSC certified (Marine Stewardship Council) canned and jarred fish hand packed utilizing world renowned fish preserving techniques that Spain has come to be recognized over the past decades. Our company philosophy obliges us to show the utmost respect for the conservation and protection of the environment and the ocean. Quality is not at odds with sustainability and thus have achieved various certifications from organizations such as IFS (International Featured Standards) and MSC.

Spain has played host to Roman settlements, engaged in commerce with Northern Europe and the Americas, and been influenced by Moorish invasions for centuries. These diverse influences have created generations of artisans who have mastered distinct techniques for extracting maximum purity from the spices and salts of both land and sea.

Andalucia, Spain is a world-renowned center for the production of balsamic and sherry vinegars since the days of the Roman Empire. The terroir, barrel-aging process and other traditional production techniques, have added incredible depth and complexity to these wine vinegars for centuries, making them the perfect complement to the regions many olive oils.
Our vinegars are aged and categorized under Crianza, Reserva and Grand Reserva, and are made from high quality Palomino, Tempranillo, Fino, Oloroso, Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez grapes aged in American Oak barrels in Jerez and Cordoba, Spain. These unique flavors have quickly become a staple ingredient in the kitchens of some of the country’s top chefs.

Indulge in a rice cultivated since 1925 by the Alepuz Family in the area where the paella was invented. Only 10 kilometers from València exists the Albufera Natural Park, a Mediterranean ecosystem with unspoiled dune beaches, forests and rice fields. Unico Vinagres y Salsas vinegar origins date back to 1923 when Fino and Oloroso wines matured in barrels were chosen due to the high degree of acidity making the varietals ideal for vinegar. These vinegars have always been produced with healthy wines that have previously undergone biological aging or oxidative aging in American oak barrels. Aged and categorized under Crianza, Reserva and Grand Reserva, and made from high quality Palomino, Tempranillo, Fino, Oloroso, Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez grapes aged in American Oak barrels in the Cordoba region of Spain. These unique flavors have quickly become a staple ingredient in the kitchens of some of the country’s top chefs now available in retail and grocery.
A longstanding family-run business started in 1940 specializing in the manufacturing and packaging of Pimenton de la Vera Paprika. Las Hermanas paprika product is produced respecting the natural cycles of the crop, thus protecting the environment, ensuring sustainable practices and respect for nature. In this privileged microclimate discovered in the 16th century by the Jeronimos monks La Vera Paprika is obtained by grinding mature, dried peppers. The peppers are dried using Oakwood, which generates sufficient heat to dehydrate the fruit perfectly giving La Vera Paprika its three main characteristics: aroma, flavor and balanced color.
